Refund policy

30-day returns: you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay return shipping.

How to start a return: email mazvenllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first - our items ship from partner warehouses, so the return address may differ from the address on your package.

Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return shipping. Return shipping is free when the return is due to our error.

Refunds: after we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Not returnable: used or damaged-after-delivery items, items installed with their adhesive (unless defective), and items returned without contacting us or after 30 days. We do not offer direct exchanges - return the item and place a new order. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.
