Shipping policy

Where we ship: all products ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Products marked "Also ships to Canada and Australia" on their product page can also be shipped to Canada and Australia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries at this time.

Shipping cost: free on every U.S. order, no minimum. Canada and Australia: $4.99 USD tracked international shipping (shown in local currency at checkout).

Processing time: orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery time (after dispatch): U.S. warehouse items to U.S. addresses usually 2-7 business days; China warehouse items to U.S. addresses usually 5-11 business days (some items up to 12); Canada usually 4-15 business days; Australia usually 6-10 business days. Estimates are shown on each product page and are not guarantees. Orders with several items, including bundles, may arrive in separate packages.

Import duties and taxes: prices and shipping for Canada and Australia do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. Any charges collected by your country's customs on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, late or damaged packages: if tracking has not updated for 10 business days, a package shows delivered but is missing, or an item arrives damaged, email mazvenllc@gmail.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items) within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or a refund.
