Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Tout Bagay online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Products marked "Also ships to Canada and Australia" can also be delivered there. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Products and prices: we try to describe products accurately; measurements are approximate and colors may vary by screen. Items shown with other products in photos are for display unless listed as included. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders and payment: we may accept or decline any order, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Shopify checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided.

Use of products: follow all product instructions and warnings. We are not responsible for damage or injury from misuse, improper installation or modification. Except as required by law, products and the store are provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

New Jersey residents: if you live in New Jersey, the "as is" disclaimer and the limitation of liability above apply to you only to the extent New Jersey law allows. They do not limit any rights you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. All other terms apply.

Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies. Questions: mazvenllc@gmail.com. Full terms: toutbagay9.com/pages/terms-of-service
